Schedule an appointment
You can call Curls’ Cats and Kittens for grooming services anytime! You can discuss options for your cat(s) specific grooming needs, and then set an appointed date for your cat grooming.
Prepare for an appointment
Curls will call you the day before and the day of the scheduled appointment. It is recommended to have your cat(s) ready by placing them in a carrier, cage, or locked in a room. Upon arrival at your residence you will be called and asked to be the person opening the door.
After being escorted to your cat(s) they will be identified by their temper to determine if any caution or safety is needed. Curls will also help you identify the breed(s) if you do not know exactly what they are!
A quick nail trim is required for most baths due to the nature of cats natural reaction to escape or survive things they are unfamiliar with.
Throughout the grooming process the owner is allowed to oversee the entire operation, assist with grooming, provide feedback, request the groom stops, and ask any questions that they wish to be educated on.
Payment
After the grooming appointment is finished and services are completed to Curls’ standards you will be asked for payment.
Cash, Check, Debit/Credit, Venmo, CashApp, and PayPal are all acceptable payment methods. You will also be given a receipt as a copy for your records.
